Welcome to PCAPS
The objective of the Program on Canada-Asia Policy Studies (PCAPS) is to advance policy research and intellectual exchange connecting institutions in Canada and Asia. The program defines "policy" and "institutions" broadly, covering both governmental organizations as well as track-two policy networks of experts, and civil-society based track-three activities. We recognize and support the expanding role of the non-profit sector and the new mechanisms for governance emerging in Asia and across the Pacific. Details about the program, its personnel, individual projects, publications, events, the syllabus for the seminar on "The New Institutionalism in Asia", and links to relevant sites will be added to this site on an on-going basis.
