Graduation

It is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation and it's important to note this is done several months ahead of convocation.  If you are unsure about finishing in time it is still better to apply for graduation than not.  The application process is done through SISC.

The program has a deadline of approximately one month before convocation to submit supporting documentation that the student has finished all requirements for her/his program.  All grades must be entered, papers complete, and no outstanding work in order for the program to be closed.

Change of Supervisors

If you would like to change supervisors you may do so only upon approval.  First, notify the Program Assistant with the name of the supervisor you would like to change to and she/he will seek approval from both the old and new supervisor.  Upon approval, an email will be sent to the student confirming the change.

Change of Stream

If you would like to change streams you may do so only upon approval.  First, notify the Program Assistant with the name of the stream you would like to change to and she/he will seek approval from both the old and new stream supervisors.  Upon approval, an email will be sent to the student confirming the change.
